When you own a Juna Mattress, we provide ongoing, complimentary adjustments tailored to your evolving comfort and support preferences, ensuring you enjoy a lifetime of restful sleep. Whether you prefer adjustments on one side of the mattress or the whole thing, our dedicated staff will professionally adjust your Juna mattress in your home, free of charge, for as long as you own it.

When you first receive your Juna mattress, it might feel slightly firmer than what you experienced in the showroom. This difference is due to the mattress being brand new and the short duration of your initial tryout. Rest assured, after 21 days, if any adjustments are needed, we’re here to assist you at no extra cost.

Adjustment

If you need an adjustment, give us a call. Our staff wants to listen to you and help tailor the Juna mattress to fit your exact needs. The adjustment at home only takes about 5-10 minutes, all done through our zipper top. All of which is Free and part of our Lifetime Comfort Commitment.

No Limits

There is nothing we won’t do for a client of ours. Suppose you need a second or even third adjustment. We will adjust your Juna Mattress as many times as it takes to make it perfect for you. Information is the key. The more details you can give us, the better the adjustments we can make. Again, this is a Lifetime Comfort Commitment. We are there for you; we want your complete satisfaction.

Out of the last 10,000 Juna Mattresses sold, we have had about 20 returns. Those returns get donated to someone in need through a local nonprofit. If we have made three adjustments and it’s been 60 days more but within 120, and you need to throw in the towel, we will process a full refund on the Juna mattress.

Built to last longer

Juna’s warranty is a true testament to the value we deliver to our customers. Each of our mattresses is rated to last longer than our 12 or 18 years, and most will outlast that by ten years. But even after the warranty expires, Juna will replace layers of your mattress for just the cost of the materials. After All, this is the last mattress you’ll ever have to buy and we mean that!

HOW LONG WILL MY JUNA MATTRESS LAST?

The Juna mattress is built to last a minimum of 12 years, which is why we offer a full 12-year warranty on every bed. However, your mattress should last even longer — which is why we offer our exclusive Lifetime Comfort Commitment.

As our bodies change over time, our support needs (and the product offerings available) change, too. So shouldn’t your mattress change with them?

When you buy a Juna mattress, you’re buying the freedom to make changes to your mattress as often as you’d like — for life. Whether your mattress has started to show wear, a new material has been released, or you simply desire a change in firmness, all you have to do is request a new part, and we’ll swap it out ASAP.

This means your Juna mattress essentially lasts a lifetime!

WHY DO MOST MATTRESSES FAIL IN SUCH A SHORT TIME? WHAT MAKES JUNA DIFFERENT?

Most mattresses use CHEAP polyurethane foam to create a “soft” feeling — but it’s actually one of the cheapest parts available. And at a density between 1.2 lbs & 1.8 lbs. Cheap polyurethane foam wears out incredibly fast. The denser the foam, the better it holds up over time.

Instead of traditional cheap polyurethane, the Juna mattress uses both organic latex and Energex foam to achieve a soft yet supportive feel. Every foam in the Juna mattress uses a density of at least 2.5 lbs. & as much as 5 lbs. — meaning it will maintain its shape in the long run. With 2-4 times the density, our foams have more product in them and less air which causes them to be extremely resilient.

Plus, each material in the Juna mattress has been independently tested for longevity. According to these tests, you should get at least 20 years out of our gel foam, 25 years out of our Energex™ foam, and 30 years out of our latex.

We offer a full non-prorated 12-year on our Choice series mattress and an 18-year warranty on our Presidential series mattresses — on top of our warranty, we include our Lifetime Comfort Commitment. Meaning, no matter how new or old your Juna mattress is, we can change the feeling of it for FREE. We do not charge for labor; if you’re within a 100-mile radius of our service locations, Juna covers the delivery fee. Juna is committed to your comfort.

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING ON A RETURNED PRODUCT?

If you are within the delivery radius of one of our Juna stores, we will come to pick up the mattress at no cost to you. If you are outside of our delivery radius, there is no returns allowed. The following conditions still apply:

Studies show that it takes 21 days on average to adjust to a new sleep surface, so we ask that you wait three weeks before making any changes to your Juna mattress and 60 days before returning it. We require that you make at least 3 comfort adjustments prior to returning your mattress.

If you’ve tried making changes and still aren’t in love with your Juna mattress after 60 days, you may return it for a full refund within 120 nights of getting your mattress delivered. We charge no restocking fees. We’ll even arrange for your returned mattress to be donated to someone in need. No Juna mattresses are resold to paying customers. Our return policy only applies to items manufactured by Juna, including mattresses and pillows. Adjustable bases and sheets are non-refundable.

Remember, you can always reorder the layers using our ZIP&FLIP system or request new materials using our Lifetime Comfort Commitment. Make your mattress yours!

YOU SAY YOU OFFER A “12 TO 18 YEAR WARRANTY” AND A “LIFETIME COMFORT COMMITMENT.” WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Our 12 to 18-year warranty fully covers the cost of replacing any defective materials you may encounter during the warranty period of your Juna mattress. This warranty is not prorated and Juna is held liable for the quality of the mattresses. Our warranty covers 100% of workmanship and premature failure of materials. Our warranty does not cover materials with stains larger than 3″, have evidence of misuse or abuse, or is found to have improper support or failed foundation.

Our Lifetime Comfort Commitment extends beyond the warranty to ensure the complete satisfaction of all our customers, all the time. If you want to make your mattress firmer, softer, or something in between, simply request a change, and we’ll take care of it for you. This is so much better than a warranty because it’s all about our Juna customers and how they feel about our mattress. We can even change the feeling on just one side of the mattress instead of the whole if that is preferred. New products will be available much after our client’s original purchase and if they would like to even outfit their Juna with the latest and greatest products our Juna Mattress Nerds can advise you on what available upgrades might be a good fit for you.
