My wife and I were in the market for a new bed. I had been hearing on the radio about Juna and we had friends who had bought a Juna and so while we were thinking about going to different places we made Juna our first stop. Turns out it was our only stop because we were very impressed with the quality and overall feel of the beds.The Juna salesperson was so knowledgeable in the product and he took us from one bed to the next based on how we felt with the feel of the bed. We were able to land on the best bed that worked for both of us.We felt that when you consider how you can't sacrifice for a good nights rest, the amount of the bed and the ease of the payment system it makes it so easy to make such a great investment.Not only is the product extremely good quality, but the quality of the people at Juna are just as valuable. We have purchsed 8 juna beds in our family. We have purchased two from friends over the last eight yearsOur entire family loves the juna. The service provided is worth the cost if your iffy about this bed. They came and completely rebuilt my king and they didnt have to. The warranty is no joke. I love the sheets but they are a bit expensive and they feel great, pillows no experience with, sadly we dont own any. The entire staff is really kind and helpful. Buy the moving bag because the bed is heavy. This bed really is a wonderful night sleep and cozy to cuddle up and read or watch tv. Love it.

Love my Juna Sleep System. Able to raise the head and feet with the remote or use the sound of my voice. Been sleeping so much better since I got this mattress. They delivered my bed and put it all together. Also the process of buying the bed was super easy. Excellent and knowledgeable service!

We have had our Juna bed for over 5 years and never have I had a better night’s sleep than on our Juna! The quality has lasted, and it’s as comfortable now as it was the first day. We had our Juna Sleep System bed delivered today. The purchase process and education about the mattress was fantastic. I have always disliked buying a mattress. But this was much easier and clearer. We were presented all the options and selected a firm bed. Firm is very supportive. Delivery was great, set up was great and they took away our old mattress. We are looking forward to see how much better our sleep will be.

My wife and I have owned a Juna mattress for just over a year now. From top to bottom, everything has been AMAZING. Justin brought us into the store, had us try out a couple different beds. He then put together our bed based on our preference, delivered it to our house, and helped set it up. Two adults, a dog and a year later our bed still feels brand new, Justin checks in with us regularly as well, asking how our bed is. We now have 3 Juna beds and we love them all! We bought our first when I was 7 months pregnant and when my body needs changed after delivery, they happily came and adjusted the bed. We are extremely pleased with our mattresses and the customer service.

No other Mattress place compares! I love the fact that all mattresses are made in house, and they teach us exactly how the mattress is made AND will custom make the mattress for each customer. And if that isn’t enough, if the mattress isn’t quite right, they will adjust as needed! Our mattress needs will be fulfilled with Juna going forward, easiest place to recommend for the best mattress - and warranty is good for 18 years! Unbeatable!

This is a great service and idea. Forever bed with warranty and all changes as needed. Just not sure about the up front cost of this. Going to have to sleep on this…on my old bed.

The sales experience with June was very low pressure with an emphasis on helping us understand the benefits of the Juan sleep system. Delivery and set up were handled very professionally. The set up process took about 30 minutes and included great information about the care of the bed.

Just received our new bed a few hours ago! The delivery men were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Also, the salesperson was very helpful and low pressure. Juna was our first stop as we were bed shopping, and she encouraged us to look at other beds before making a decision. Sure enough, we were back at Juna to purchase a bed.

Very nice products but expensive!!!!

Posted a review 3 years ago after buying our first mattress from Juna and it’s time for an update! Our first mattress is still perfect and amazingly comfortable! We are now on mattress number 4! We had a kiddo having some major neck and back pain having to utilize the chiropractor a lot. Once we switched to the Juna bed and pillow all issues resolved! Juna is seriously hands down the best and the staff is amazing! Our most recent purchase was a mattress for our camper, the dealer ended up switching campers due to some issues on the original one (which of course needed a different size mattress). When I called the Juna team and explained the situation they switched it with no issues. These guys are seriously the best!

The salesman at the store was really great and helped us make the decision that was right for us. We had some slight adjustments made after the bed was home, and the two young guys were absolutely amazing! Kind, respectful, caring. We really love Juna!
