With our patented zip and flip design, mattress troubles can be a thing of the past. We can professionally change the firmness on one side of the mattress or the whole thing if needed. You must allow us to change the feeling of your mattress at least three times during the 120-night trial. If you don’t like your Juna mattress after three attempts to tailor the mattress to your unique needs, we can process a full refund. We will refund 100% of the Juna mattress and pick it up within our free delivery range. We want complete satisfaction, so please allow us to adjust the mattress for you.

Please note, however, that you need to use the Juna mattress for a minimum of three weeks before opting for the comfort commitment. WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Juna Sleep Systems is proud to design mattresses using the most robust materials available. Under this warranty, if any product becomes defective within its respective warranty period (12 or 18 years), Juna Sleep Systems will replace the product without any charges to you.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
Any damage to the mattress, including, but not limited to, stains, holes, and burns, will render this warranty void. Notably, this does not impact our comfort commitment.
PROTECTION MEASURES:
To prolong the life and maintain the quality of your mattress, we provide a complimentary mattress protector with every bed delivery. We recommend using this protector as the penetration of bacteria into the mattress can accelerate the deterioration of the internal materials.

The Juna perfect pillows are covered under our comfort commitment. This allows you to adjust the loft of your pillow at any point. If you need more filling for your Juna pillow, we will provide more for life. The comfort commitment is only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
All other items are non-refundable. These accessories may be covered under a manufacturer warranty, but there is not a warranty expressed or implied through Juna Sleep Systems on products not listed above.
